Return and Refund Policy

 The return of products deemed to be defective (defective on arrival) is accepted within seven (7) calendar days of receipt by the customer. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and should be accompanied by all original documents present in the package (eg Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, etc.), and the package should be complete. If the defect was found after delivery and there is no packaging, or if the product packaging was not delivered by the sender, the product packaging is not required. In these cases the following applies:

Refund product returns will not be excluded as all merchandise is carefully inspected for damage and defects prior to shipment. 

For returns

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of order payment. Products can only be returned if they have not been opened, used and are in 100% new condition (with all security seals and packaging intact). 

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: lip glosses; eye shadows and foundations; lipsticks other make-up products without a protective seal. 

The product must be in its original packaging and in the same perfect condition as it was delivered to you, which means that the packaging must not be torn and all in place for the returned package.

Please provide the following information concerning your Return . Do not forget to write in email subject "Return" and provide the following information: 

1) a photo of the product, concerning the problem.

2) a photo of the label 

3) a photo of the package. 

4) your name, contact number and billing address.

As soon as the customer have proceeded with the above details, our manager will contact to clarify the details. The return procedure is carried out at the office at our office in Cyprus. Please note All shipping costs for the return procedure rest with the buyer. Always carefully inspect the order in the presence of the administrator, courier or at the post office. If there are any discrepancies, you can refuse to receive the order. The packaging must be mandatory preserved in its original form, otherwise the exchange/return of the products is not possible. It is forbidden to return products that have been used or have damaged packaging. The refund procedure takes 3 working days.
