Damage to products during transport

 www.gizela33.com  bears no responsibility for any delay or any damage caused during the shipment of the order. After receipt, you are required to check the products immediately within 24 hours, so that in case of damage, we can request legal compensation from our carrier. After checking the damage in our central warehouse, we will send you a new product.

Availability of Products

In case the products you ordered are not available for some reason, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you agree with the new delivery time, you must reply to the e-mail if you want your order to remain active.
